Ordering Policies

Refunds and Exchanges: 
While we love everything we sell we understand you might not feel the same way and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to The Blue Giraffe crew.  We want you to be delighted with your purchases and guarantee all of our products.   Purchases not meeting customer’s satisfaction may be returned for refund (minus shipping costs) or exchange within 10 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will occur within two to three weeks from date of receipt by seller and once returned item(s) have been received and inspected.  It is important that buyer contact us prior to returning items. 

Please note that we can only accept refunds and exchanges that were purchased at www.thebluegiraffeon30a.com.  In-store purchases can only be returned to the store in which item(s) was purchased.  While we want to take special care of our customers, contractual agreement(s) prohibit comingling of purchases

Shipping: 
Your purchases will be shipped via UPS or USPS.   Please let us know if other arrangements are necessary.  We will make every effort possible to have your item in your hands as soon as possible.  If you are purchasing your item as a gift and would like it to be wrapped and shipped to the recipient, please let us know during checkout.

Damages: 
While we take special care to inspect and pack each item for shipping, damage will sometimes occur.  If any item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us immediately so that we can walk you through our claims instruction process.
